Diğdem Muslu Aykutlu (LLM)
Av. Diğdem Muslu Aykutlu, LLM was completed her law education at the undergraduate level at Marmara University Faculty of Law and had her master's degree in International Trade Law at Pacific University Mc George Faculty of Law, California. She was also awarded with the Contract Management Certificate in the field of Contract Law from the University of California, Irvine.She started her career in Turkiye’s leading law firm Pekin & Bayar and worked as a managing attorney in the legal department of Price Waterhouse Coopers Istanbul office.
Şükrü Muslu
Şükrü Muslu was completed his law education at the undergraduate level at Ankara University Faculty of Law and earned the right to join the Inspection Board of İş Bankası during his lawyer internship at Istanbul Bar Association. While working as İşbank Securities Manager, he specialized in public offerings, treasury bills and fund management. After ten years of fund management, he continued his career as General Coordinator of Anadolu Hayat Sigorta and made a great contribution to the preparation and implementation of Private Pension legislation in Turkiye. He has significant experience in the fields of corporate governance, capital structuring, fund management and securities of companies.
